Sort of good news and bad news. The good news is we have so much demand for our wine that we are having trouble allocating. We have tremendous international demand from Japan to Sweden and everywhere in between.
The bad news is I lost the battle with our GM, Dick Wallingford, over our pending price increase. Yeah, I get to blame him but him my motto is hire the best and let them do what they do best. Dick built Beringer from the ground up and made it the global powerhouse that it is today. If I'm not going to listen to him why bother having a GM.
Please take notice that effective Jan. 1st, 2010 we are increasing our retail pricing to $125.00 per bottle. This is without any ratings announcements but due to supply & demand.
All orders and pending shipments are obviously price protected. Since you are on our mailing list and a loyal fan of Bialla Vineyards we are giving you a courtesy notice in case you'd like to place an additional order before Jan 1st at our current price of $93.00 per bottle.
