Bialla Vineyards' 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon is available for sale online!
Build a good mousetrap and they shall come, make crappy wine and you'll lose all your friends.
I don't know who said that but it sort of just came to me.
We love our friends so much that we would never risk losing them--so that is how we approached making our wine. In reality it has become a venture of love, passion, learning and patience... and more patience. We have spared no expense in this process so we hope it all pays off.
Since we bottled September 6th and served some at our annual harvest party I've been confronted fairly aggressively by some about "getting some" wine. I've had the duty in the last few weeks to taste it on a regular basis to see when it would come out of bottle shock and be ready to release.
Having consulted with our wine maker I think we are real close now and have therefore decided to start selling our limited inventory.
We ask that you limit your order to one bottle or one case per customer for now. Orders will be handled first come-first serve and this notice is being sent to you in the sequence that you signed up for on our mailing list. Point your browser to www.biallavineyards.com/store/index.html
For the next few weeks it is recommended you decant the wine--if you choose not to you can experience the change in the wine for the better sip by sip for a good ten to fifteen minutes.
Enjoy and thank you for being a part of our venture and thank you for your patience.
